The management team is made up of:

    CEO and co-founder

Ph.D. in Food Science and Technology, 15 years of experience in micro-organism and enzyme encapsulation

  • Samira EL MAFADI,
    R&D Manager and co-founder

Ph.D. in Process Engineering, specialist in fluid bed technologies applied to (bio)active compound encapsulation

  • Denis PONCELET,
    Scientific Director and co-founder

Professor at the Nantes-Atlantic National College of Veterinary Medicine, Food Science and Engineering (ONIRIS), President of the Bioencapsulation Research Group (BRG), 25 years of experience in encapsulation engineering

The founding team was joined in 2008 by Gisèle ONGMAYEB, Project manager for chemistry applications, Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, specialist in encapsulation processes by reticulation, polymerization and coacervation.
